Transcript Requests
PLEASE READ: ACCESS TO TRANSCRIPTS WILL BE LIMITED
STARTING JUNE 1ST, 2024 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 1ST, 2024.
OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED DUE TO CONSTRUCTION.
There will be no fee and only unofficial copies can be emailed during this time frame.
*Before June 1st and after September 1st*- If you live in the area you can come into the office to purchase a transcript. Please make an appointment between 8:15am-3:00pm. Please bring 5 dollars in exact change or money order (we do not accept electronic payments), and your ID to verify against the transcript.
If you do not live in the area, you can request a transcript through the mail to:

In the envelope, please include:
- $5 in exact change or money order made payable to Calaveras Hills High School
- a copy of your ID. DO NOT send your actual ID
- full name during attendance and last year attended
- a forwarding address (where to send the transcript)
- your phone number (just in case there is an issue with the transcript)
